It is a truth universally acknowledged that everybody loves seeing penguins sliding around on the ice. And soccer is the world's game, right? So take some cute families of penguins, give them an icy soccer field and a ball, and watch the slippery goodness that ensues. . .

Aaron 2 Great theme with light, but intriguing, play.
nycavri 2 Very proud of my first game design. Plays as cute and "themey" with kids and non-gamers, but also works as a pure abstract. 4-player is no longer considered "official".

bigby 1 This was fun, but reminded me of watching children play soccer. Everybody bunched up in the middle of the field. Needs a longer pass mechanic to make full use of the board.

Cerulean 1 Great 2-player game, but not worth playing multiplayer.

Laurie_Menke 1 I just love the concept and have a running movie in my head of those cute little penguins and their antics as I play. :o) However, I have yet to finish a game...it can run a little long.

stoneaxe 1 I enjoy this one, but I don't quite know how to win it yet. A good, original, fun, Icehouse game.
abdekker 0 Clever game, but in my opinion does not work as a turn-based game on the internet - takes far too long with competant defense. Suspect a game over-the-board, say 25 minutes per player, would be lots of fun.

molnar 0 Don't know how fairly I can rate this, since it's just too long to be enjoyable turn-based online. Would like to try in "meat-life".
wyons 0 I like the way that it replicates some of real footballs tactics- eg dribbling and running out of control- (not being able to turn on the ball quickly enough). As in real football I worry that there may not be an internal mechanism that ensures an ending (ie a goal) between experienced players who arent making unforced errors and are playing defensively.
kaelistus -1 Too long for a PBEM game. Works better F2f with a timer.
