Volcano is a clever, puzzle-style game in which players move "caps" around on top of a group of volcanoes, triggering eruptions which cause colored streams of lava to flow out across the playing field. The object of the game is to capture as many pieces as possible, with bonus points awarded for special combinations. Each player attempts to accumulate the highest score and then bring the game to a close before another player has a chance to steal the lead away. This implementation supports 2-10 players.

Cerulean 2 Is it you versus your opponent, or versus the game itself? I play frequently face-to-face.

ryanker 2 Surprising how such a simple game mechanic leads to a very deep game. Two players is best, but three or four also work.

ts52 2 One of my favorite Icehouse games.
captncavern 1
goulo 1 Clever tactical puzzle-like Icehouse pyramid game. The 6x6 "Mega" variant seems better/deeper/longer/etc.

molnar 1 Strongly prefer Mega. Not sure how I feel about multi-player. Enjoyable, maybe even better on-line due to AP.
nycavri 1 Very well implemented version of a classic game, but in this case I really miss the look/feel of the physical pyramids. Seems I really love the Mega-version, though . . .
Uglyfoot 1
Zotmeister 1 A curious little game of planning and plotting.
Laurie_Menke 0 Volcano might be fun as a solitaire puzzle, but it's a little too much work for my taste as a game.

Draw5PlayAll -1 I prefer Caldera. The scoring mechanic is just plain weird.

EDIT: Dropped to -1 because it is too easy for the first player to win in 5-6 moves. I do not believe for a minute that P1 wins "48.32%" is real, probably it only counts games over 10 moves. "Avg length: 6 moves" really?

When the Caldera variant (4 colors, 6 caps, collect 3 monochrome trees, power play option) is implemented, I will give a +1 instead of -1.
